How the love come inside your heart?
Love is vital like the air you breathe, without it the world becomes odorless, tasteless and colorless, without any emotion.
The art of «loving» can be analyzed from any perspective, but at Spiritual Life, it will be observed from a holistic viewpoint. So we take the liberty of posing a simple but intriguing question: where do you love from, your heart or your head?
In an attempt to build a small plausible «theory», we will go back in time, because the human body is more complex and sensitive than it seems. Love comes from where it is possible. Because, it depends on how each one was «molded» in early childhood. It is scientifically proven that a childhood neglected in vital and affective care, the brain is negatively affected. The child as been deprived of establishing an emotional bond with the mother, then the bonds established throughout life will be misrepresented. The ego takes charge of hiding the emotional wound with a «mask», but the soul continues to suffer as the wound activates.
Those who love with their head build a rational, cold, inflexible and corporal love. It is based on pride, on one’s own beliefs and truths. All the energy is centered in the head and the heart chakra is blocked.
Those who love with their heart, on the other hand, have a harmony between what they think and what they desire. It is a love based on feeling and focused on the divine spark, on emotion, on intuition, on inner wisdom, on kindness, on affection, on tenderness, on understanding and serenity. To truly love with the heart requires deep self-knowledge, a mature personality, acceptance, flexibility, authenticity and trust. The energy of those who love with the heart flows in a balanced way through all the chakras.
Life is a precious gift with a single purpose, to love in a compensated and healthy way. To love is to feel. To love is to be purer, truer, more sincere, caring for the self and for others, it is to free oneself from the chains of the old to receive new experiences, new projects, new challenges, it is to free oneself from fear, from anger, from hate, from sadness, to forgive, to accept, to embrace the harmony that fills the chest with inner peace.
There are those who wait a lifetime to learn how to love and those who are destined to teach the simplicity of human existence: to love with the heart and express this love by such simple acts, like contemplating a flower, a long and heartfelt hug or a kiss full of emotion and taste.
To love brings with it the passion of living, with the sensation of a completely mysterious happiness.
